EcoFlow, a leader in the renewable energy sector, approached us with a clear goal: to enhance brand recognition and drive sales in Croatia. Known for their innovative portable power solutions, including battery generators and solar panels, EcoFlow aimed to capture a growing market while maintaining cost-effective advertising. Our mission was to reintroduce and establish EcoFlow in the Croatian market, utilizing a strategic digital approach.
EcoFlow faced challenges in gaining traction in a relatively new market. The brand had many advantages – such as innovative and ecologically aware solutions with competitive prices. However, they lacked brand awareness and knowledge about the offering among the target audience. Our task was to create a comprehensive strategy that would raise brand awareness, educate consumers on relatively new products, drive continuous inquiries, and generate sales.
We developed a robust, multi-channel digital advertising strategy tailored to EcoFlow’s unique market positioning. Throughout the campaign, we prioritized optimization and data-driven insights. By refining ad creative and targeting high-intent audiences, we ensured that every marketing dollar was spent wisely, driving engagement and maximizing results without increasing the budget.
Over the year, EcoFlow achieved remarkable results: a 131% increase in online orders and a 457% increase in ROAS. Moreover, we successfully reduced their advertising costs by 26%, allowing them to allocate resources more efficiently while enhancing their market presence.
Extraordinary results online were followed by an overall revenue increase, proving that good strategy outperforms sheer force or big spending.
