Privacy Policy
Encore media d.o.o. has aligned its operations in accordance with the GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council regarding the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
Collection of Personal Data
Visitors can browse our website without disclosing personal information. This means that we do not collect visitor data unless they voluntarily send their personal data to our official email address for the purpose of contacting us or requesting an offer. The same applies to open job applications and CV submissions. By sending such data, implicit consent is given for the collection and processing of personal data. Collected data will not be made available to unauthorized third parties, except for legally prescribed purposes. All data is deleted once the purpose for which it was collected or sent has been fulfilled. Encore media d.o.o. collects the minimum data necessary, with no data collected if its purpose cannot be explained.
Managing Consents
Consents are a voluntary, informed, and unambiguous expression of intent by our employees, whereby they give consent for the processing of personal data through a clear affirmative action. Consents are signed with all employees of Encore media. Employees may withdraw their consent at any time.
Encore media d.o.o. primarily operates with business entities, from whom no consent is required as they are legal entities. The protection of personal data related to legal entities is based on legal legitimacy derived from signed contracts. Nevertheless, we sign a Data Protection Agreement with our clients to further emphasize the importance of data protection.

Everyone whose personal data we process has the following rights guaranteed by GDPR:
- The right to access and review data
- The right to be informed about data processing
- The right to data portability
- The right to withdraw consent
- The right to file a complaint
- The right to correct and modify personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect
